Jada is the Co-Founder of GTI, helping establish the organization in 2025 with a shared vision of creating meaningful change in the community. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Criminal Justice, with a minor in Political Communications, from Rider University in 2023. Jada currently works as a Legal Assistant and is pursuing her Master of Legal Studies at Seton Hall Law School.
She is also a proud sister of Chi Upsilon Sigma National Latin Sorority, Inc., Alpha Beta Chapter, where her commitment to leadership, service, and community empowerment continues to inspire her work. Through GTI, Jada is dedicated to making a lasting, positive impact both locally and beyond.
Ana Peña is the Co-Founder of GTI, helping establish the organization in 2025 with a passion for service and community impact. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice, with a minor in Social Justice Advocacy, from Fairleigh Dickinson University in 2024.
Ana currently serves as both a Police Dispatcher and a Pre-Litigation Case Manager at a personal injury law firm. As an immigrant from the Dominican Republic and a proud Paterson native, she is dedicated to being a source of hope and support for others. Through her work with GTI, Ana strives to create meaningful opportunities, uplift underserved communities, and make a lasting difference in the lives of those who need it most.
